No unnecessary job requirements will be used that create barriers for Native applicants. We also honor and make reasonable accommodations for religious beliefs and cultural traditions of Native employees.

RECRUITMENT

All open, non-key positions are first referred through the Tulalip TERO Office, which provides qualified candidates within 72 hours.

HIRING

Positions are prioritized for enrolled Tulalip Tribal members, followed by spouses, children, guardians, and other Native/Indian applicants in accordance with the TERO code.
