Review Requirements

Before proceeding with your application, please review all required documents below, and have them ready to submit at the time you apply. 

Application Requirements

  • Applicant must be a Tulalip Tribes Member

  • Proof of Income equal to 3x rent​​

  • While up to 2 years of positive rental history is encouraged, applicants without prior rental history are welcome. Quil Crossing Apartments is intended to provide an opportunity for residents to build a strong rental history. Any negative rental history will be reviewed per our screening guidelines.

  • No Debt to Tulalip in default

  • $50 Application Fee must be paid

Disclaimer: All applicants 18+ must submit a fully completed application for consideration.

 

Screening will begin only after all required applications and forms have been received in full.

 

Incomplete applications will not be processed.
